Don't use “Learn more”, “Click here”, or “Read more” as the link text. These phrases are vague and unhelpful. Instead, include the action “See” and the page title. To save space, don’t include extra words like “to learn more” or “for more information”.

Make sure to use the context-sensitive help ID (CSHID) link for the destination help center page. A CSHID is an identifier that’s mapped to a specific file in the help center. These serve as persistent links that aren’t dependent on the filename or path in the help center project.
Most of the time, the CSHID alias is the same as the topic’s filename in the URL, but not always. It is formatted by adding #cshid=[alias]
to the end of the domain after the slash ( / ). CSHID aliases do not include extensions like .htm.
