When to add additional specs

Engineers can find most design specifications by inspecting elements in the Figma "dev mode" but you may want to add additional specs for several reasons:

1. Help ensure development accuracy

2. Reduce the design and QA feedback cycle

3. Describe user interactions

4. Define animation tokens
